2. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the Respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for payment of salary in the revised pay scale of Rs. 4440-7440+1650/- with effect from 01.04.2013.

3. The petitioner was appointed on 15.05.2012 as Assistant Teacher by the Managing Committee of the Madarsa Rahmania at Bhagwanpur in the District of Supaul.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State Government by its Resolution No. 366 (Annexure-5) dated 06.04.2017 has fixed the revised pay scale to be paid to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11377 of 2017(3) dt.01-07-2024 2/3 Hafiz Teacher w.e.f 01.04.2013 having scale of Rs. 44407440+1650/-. A list of Madarsa Teachers appointed after 15.02.2011 has been sent to the Special Director, Secondary Education, Bihar, Patna vide letter no. 42 dated 13.02.2016 in which the name of the petitioner stands at Serial No. 11. The list dated 13.02.2016 is annexed at Annexure R4/B to the counter affidavit.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, the petitioner may be directed to file a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer, Supaul for redressal of his grievance.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, taking into consideration the claim made in this writ application, the petitioner is permitted to file a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer, Supaul for redressal of his grievance within a period of four weeks. If such representation is filed, the District Programme Officer, Supaul shall be obliged to dispose the same in accordance with law by a reasoned order within the period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the
