Petitioner seeks bail in Kako P.S. Case No.158 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a), 37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. It is alleged that total 10 litres country made liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
