The petitioner filed this petition for regularization of his service in Public Health Engineering Department, Patna. It appears that the petitioner filed this petition in the year 2008 but the petitioner again filed CWJC No. 19223 of 2015 to correct his designation according to list provided by Bihar Rajya Jal

The petitioner was initially appointed in work charge establishment as Work Sarkar on 26.10.1987 on the post of Electrician Grade I and was posted at Bihar Rajya Jal Parishad vide Office Order No. 223, dated 26.10.1987 as contained in Memo No.

427. The petitioner has already been regularized on the post of Pump Khalasi vide Letter No. 899 dated 19.06.2014, therefore, the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed.
