JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 On a proper application with requisite fee being filed by the petitioner upon the Controller of Examination, B. N. Mandal University, Laloo Nagar, Madhepura, the Controller of Examination will verify the position with regard to the claim of the petitioner being a regular student of K. S. College, Birpur and issue the necessary certificate with regard to her passing Sociology Hons. for the session 1993-1996, if everything is in order. This must be done within a period of six weeks of filing of the application and deposit of the requisite fee. In case there is some legal impediment in issuance of such certificate, the reason thereof must also be communicated
