Counsel for the petitioner has a readymade answer and explanation to offer which is that she is living with her parents who are employed and working in Jamshedpur, therefore, the address given by her is of Jamshedpur at Jharkhand. That can be a temporary address but cannot be a permanent address. In addition to that the reservation is available to a caste who is resident of that State. It

Since the B.P.S.C. has no mechanism to go and investigate these facts which are being urged at the bar, they have gone by the information made available by the petitioner in the application form and the declaration made in the OMR. The decision of B.P.S.C. seems to be correct flowing from the information made available in the application form of the petitioner. The results have been declared according to the available declarations made by the petitioner.
There is no infirmity. Writ is dismissed.
