2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 193 of 2026, for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Prosecution story, in brief, is that the alleged date of occurrence co-accused Sadre Alam came to the house of the informant and took his son and, when he reached behind the Utkramit Middle School, Bhamrupur, all the accused persons including the petitioner started verbally abusing and assaulting the son of the informant. It is further alleged that the co-accused Md. Shakil inflicted iron rod blow on the head of the son of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52032 of 2026(2) dt.29-07-2026 2/3 informant due to which he sustained injury and was taken to Sadar Hospital, Samastipur for treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and having a clean antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner.
6. Having heard the parties, I am of the considered view that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 193 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.) subject to the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors shall be the petitioner's own or close member.
(ii) The petitioner shall appear on each and every date fixed during the trial and shall not remain absent on two

(iii) The petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence/intimidate any witness during the course of trial.
(iv) The petitioner shall not commit offence of a similar nature in future.
7. In case of violation of any of the aforesaid conditions, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
