2. The petition has been filed alleging deliberate violation of the order of this Court dated 31.10.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20028 of 2012 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. As show cause has been filed on behalf of Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 3 Annexures- A, B, C and D whereof being compliance report and orders discloses that a final decision has been taken by the authorities and thus it is submitted that the order of this Court stands complied with.

4. In the above view of the matter, MJC No. 1032 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1032 of 2014 (2) dt.22-04-2015 2014 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he be aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law if so advised.
