The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 414 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the assembled persons disclosed the name of petitioner, as the person, who fled away after seeing the police party from the stolen vehicle. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery, but only on suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
