2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 324, 327, 379, 307 and 504 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dian Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1326 of 2010.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated owing to some family disputes. The complaint has been filed belatedly on 29.06.2010 for the alleged occurrence of 10.06.2010. In any event the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13764 of 2014 (4) dt.22-04-2015 disputes have been resolved and the family members are living harmoniously together.

4. Despite service of notice on OP No. 2 none appears on her behalf when the matter is called today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners by order dated 11.08.2014 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1326 of 2010 is hereby confirmed.
