ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 27.03.2014 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with C.A. No. 3016 of 2012 pending before the S.D.J.M, Katihar However, from now the petitioner shall pay sum of Rs. 750/- per month instead of Rs. 500/-.

The Court below shall take appropriate steps if the petitioner does not deposit the amount as directed by this Court regularly.
