The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 307, 341, 323, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the five named accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have assaulted the informant and members of his family leading to death of the informant's wife.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 31.3.2021 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Case no. 74 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Madhepura.
