2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 427, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 4 named accused persons including the present petitioner that accused, namely, Teni Ram and Harkesh Ram with others used to throw wine bottles in the bathaan of the informant. Upon query, they started abusing and when informant's son came to protect her, then the accused Teni Ram attacked by knife on his neck, due to which the son of the informant badly injured.
4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54496 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 petitioner is female and there is absolutely no allegation against her either to act or overt act.
5. Counsel further submits that no offence of Section 307 of I.P.C. is made out against the petitioner and her antecedent is clean.
6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
7. In the facts and circumstances., let the abovenamed petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 6 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of 30000/- (thirty ₹ thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No.60 of 2023 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) prakashmani/- U T
