Petitioner is accused in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 registered under Sections 414 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2018, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.,
