The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rampur Case No. 47 of 2013, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits informant is not eye witness to the occurrence as he has only expressed his suspicion about involvement of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State does not deny the above submission.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9854 of 2014 (3) dt.23-04-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur Case No. 47 of 2013, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. m.p.
