1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents authority to pay salary for the period 01.11.2014 to 18.01.2024. The petitioner was appointed as Assistant Teacher against 34540 vacancies of teachers. On 31.10.2014 the services of the petitioner was terminated however pursuant to the order passed in LPA No. 1254 of 2016 the services of the petitioner has been restored vide office order dated 18.01.2024 at Annexure -P3. The petitioner joined in the school on 19.01.2024 and is going to retire on 31.08.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CWJC No.11998 of 2025(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 representation for payment of salary has been filed on 07.07.2025 before the respondent no. 3 / Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna (Annexure P/5). He submits that in CWJC No. 2965 of 2025 this court in the case of similarly situated person directed the Director, Primary Education, Bihar to dispose the representation of the writ petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, taking into consideration the nature of prayer made in this writ application and the fact that the representation of the petitioner is pending before the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna; the present writ application is disposed with a direction to the respondent no. 3-Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna to dispose the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from today.
