The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had superannuated under suspension on 31.05.2009, but, none of his dues are being paid although representation is pending consideration before the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, a copy of which is placed at Annexure 1 to the writ application. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of grievance raised I deem it proper and dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Director-inChief, Health Services, to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015, a copy of which is present at Annexure 1, and dispose of the same in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
