The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on, Section 324 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner caused fire-arm injury on the shoulder of one Md. Sahid Khan, which has been found to be simple in nature.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute between the parties and he is in custody since 25.06.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
