The dispute can be decided by the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "LARRA").

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present writ petition and file an appropriate application before the concerned "LARRA".

Permission is granted.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13379 of 2022(2) dt.17-11-2022 2/2 In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to file an application before the concerned "LARRA" within 30 days from today and, thereafter, the matter shall be heard and considered on its own merit after condoning the delay, if any and shall be disposed of by the concerned "LARRA" within six months from today by passing a speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties.

Applicability of Right to Act, 2013 shall also be decided by the "LARRA" concerned.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
