The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/342/379/504/448/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that the petitioners being the neighbor assaulted the informant and her son. The accused person also abused the informant by calling caste name and disconnected the electricity connection.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that at earlier point of time the petitioners' side lodged Ekma P.S. Case No.172 of 2014 as well as Informatory Petition No.3126 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11271 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 2014 against the informant and the informant is in the habit of lodging false cases.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST (POA) Act, Saran at Chapra in connection with Saran (Chapra) SC/ST P.S. Case No.50 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
