The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have given Farsa blow on the head of the injured, Md. Idris. No doubt, one sharp cutting injury has been found on the head of the injured but the aforesaid injury is said to be simple in nature, which is evident from perusal of Annexure-4 to this petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, in the event of his arrest or

No.11048 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2/2 surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
