2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 05.07.2023 passed in A.B.P. No. 715/2023 arising out of Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2023 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 327, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to make out a case for cancellation of bail.

4. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
