2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other accused persons launched a business of mall in the year 2022 with lucrative schemes and high returns but after investing huge amount of public money, this petitioner fled away with the money and never returned the same to its investors.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Petitioner was simply an employee in the company and he himself is an investor in the scheme. Co-accused Ranjan Kumar and Aarjoo Kumari were Directors of the company in question and complainant was introduced to the company by one Awadhesh Singh. Petitioner has got no concern with investment of the complainant and he claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 5317 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
