The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Teghra P.S. Case no. 403 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police, on information, apprehended Chiku Kumar @ Sandeep Kumar and Raushan Kumar and one person managed to flee away. From the possession of Chiku Kumar and Raushan Kumar Arms and ammunitions were recovered. They disclosed the name of the petitioner who managed to flee away. It is submitted that the petitioner had gone in the house of maternal uncle and he had some verbal altercation with Chiku Kumar that is why Chiku Kumar named the petitioner to settle

Considering the aforesaid facts that there is allegation that the petitioner managed to flee away while he was with Chiku Kumar and Raushan Kumar who were arrested and from their possessions Arms and ammunitions were recovered, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
