The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation of recovery of 14 litres of country liquor from the house of the petitioner is false and incorrect. He has been falsely implicated in the case. In the earlier order of rejection dated 7.6.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 71696 of 2021, liberty was granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail on completing on year in custody. He is in custody since 10.9.2021. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

No.50866 of 2022(2) dt.12-10-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the submission made on behalf of the petitioner together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 1 year, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bodhgaya (Cherki) P.S. Case no. 350 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Gaya.
