2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 60/2022, arising out of Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021, G.R. No. 112/2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code & Sections 25(1-b) (a)26/27/35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution, the petitioner having criminal antecedents has involved in indiscriminate firing to threatened the informant. He is in custody since 20.07.2021.
4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing nine months in custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 4th Madhubani, in connection with S.T. No. 60/2022, arising out of Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021, G.R. No. 112/2021.
7. This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Kaluahi Police Station, District- Madhubani on first Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
