Petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No.398 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged that 135 litres Mahua liquor has been recovered from joint possession of petitioner and other accused. Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47889 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.398 of 2015, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
