2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and 18, 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 20 kilograms Doda was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the quantity of recovery of Doda is less than commercial quantity. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.5.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the quantity of recovery, clean antecedent of the petitioner and period of custody of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52636 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, NDPS Act, Gaya in Dhangai Police Station Case No. 115/2023.
