JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The counsel for the petitioner submits in view of the direction of this Court dated 24.06.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2566 of 2012, by which this Court has directed to give the possession of the land is under consideration in the said writ application.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that certain lands have been given in possession of the petitioner and he could be able to dispose of the same, but still some lands which are still in possession of the Parcha Holder and the State Agency, have not

In the show cause, recital of the sale deed it has been stated that the petitioner is in possession of the land and the counsel for the State submits that in terms of the order dated 24.06.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2566 of 2012, the order has been complied with.

The petitioner, if feels that certain lands are still in illegal occupation of the Parcha holder, may take legal course as is available in law.

With the above observation/direction, this petition is disposed of.
