The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Amarpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioners and alleged that all the accused persons surrounded him and on the order of Akbal Khan, Brajesh Yadav fired which hit on the chest of the informant and the accused persons snatched his money and mobile. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are of course named in the FIR, but no overt act is alleged against the petitioners. The injures are simple in nature. It appears on perusal of records that in the night at about 10 p.m., the petitioner along with other accused persons

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6466 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 intercepted the informant and one Brajesh Yadav fired which hit on the chest of the informant. Other accused persons also snatched his money and mobile.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
