2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20B (II) (C), 22, 27 (A) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 47A of the Excise Act registered in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.5 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner, who has clean antecedent, has been falsely implicated as the correctness of the seizure list containing the overwriting is doubtful. Moreover, the same was not supplied to any of the persons in the house when the petitioner himself was not present at the place of occurrence.

4. A report of the Superintendent of Police, Buxar

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15103 of 2014 (3) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 was called for by order dated 07.08.2014 which confirms that the recovery of 5 Kg. Ganja was made from the house of the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
