ANSARI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-04-2016 Heard Mr. Pankaj Kumar Sinha, learned Counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, and Mr. Raj Kumar Singh, learned Assistant Counsel to Standing Counsel No.8, appearing on behalf of the State-respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that petitioner's son, namely, Manoj Kumar Sah, has demolished the old structure of the house and in place thereof he has started construction of a new house without taking the consent of the petitioner and though an information was given in this regard to Bahadurganj Police Station, but no appropriate action has been taken.

In the facts and attending circumstances of the case, the remedy of the petitioner lies in filing a complaint in a court of competent criminal jurisdiction expressing her grievances therein. If

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.252 of 2016 dt.18-04-2016 2/2 such a complaint is made, the learned Court below shall do the needful in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
