Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2018 in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner who happens to be a woman of clean antecedent is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has also filed a complaint case No. 913 of 2018 against the informant and his son. No specific allegation of assault is attributed to the petitioner, which is evident from the F.I.R. itself, and she is rotting in judicial custody for the last two months.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the
