It has been pointed out by the counsel for the State that the order passed by this Court has substantially been complied with inasmuch as the details of the dues except the GPF payable to the uncle of the petitioner have already been furnished.

The contempt application was called out on 11.03.2015 when the following order was passed:- "Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

State is represented.

Let this application come up after four weeks.

Time in the meanwhile shall be utilized by the State to take instruction and file counter affidavit/show cause."
