For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Shri Prakash Srivastava For the Respondent/s : Mr. Gp32- Harish Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 Heard the parties.

This petitioner had earlier come before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 6471 of 2016 against the rejection of her nomination and praying for inclusion of her name in the voter list. The facts on record transpires that the name of the petitioner was not included in the voter list. The writ petitioner though got her name included in Assembly Voter List but even thereafter took no steps for inclusion in the Panchayat Voter List. The writ petition was accordingly, disposed of.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7144 of 2016 (2) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 The petitioner has again come before this Court for a direction to the respondents to accept her nomination as she has filled up Prapatra 'M.' issued by the State Election Commission enabling such of the voters whose name did not figure in the 2016 Panchayat Voter List. Unfortunately, Prapatra 'M.' has been filled up by the petitioner only on 01.03.2016, much after the prescribed date fixed by the Commission for the purpose i.e. 25.01.2016.

In the circumstances, no indulgence can be granted yet again and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) ajaypd./- U
