2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A, 406 IPC registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 760 of 2010, Tr. No. 1455 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and reiterates his commitment to keep the OP No. 2 with due dignity and honour.

4. Despite service of notice on OP No. 2 through her counsel appearing in the learned Court below, none appears on her behalf when the matter is called today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 10.09.2014 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23856 of 2014 (4) dt.29-04-2015 connection with Complaint Case No. 760 of 2010, Tr. No. 1455 of 2012 is hereby confirmed.
