JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 9.5.2018, seek bail in Gogri (Poura) PS Case No. 50 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 384, 427, 447, 504, 506 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that land dispute is going on between both sides for cancellation of Jamabandi, Cancellation Case No. 12 of 2014-15 is still pending, so false accusation was made regarding demand of extortion for cutting crop from the field, there are two cases against the petitioners but both cases have been instituted by the present informant side. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Rasbihari Yadav and Narad Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Khagaria in connection with Gogri (Poura) PS Case No. 50 of 2017.
