The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 469, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that on persuasion of the petitioner the informant purchased a land from one Yamuna Prasad. The sale deed was executed by Yamuna Prasad in favour of wife of the informant, but the Yamuna Prasad had no title over the said land. The Yamuna Prasad executed sale deed of the said land on the basis of power of attorney. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is neither executant nor witness to

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 398 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
