This appeal is directed against the order dated 22.07.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7996 of 2020, titled as Baijnath Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., by a learned

Patna High Court L.P.A No.600 of 2021(2) dt.24-01-2022 2/2 Single Bench of this Court.

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Bench not to be agreeable with the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant, Shri Kamal Nayan Chaubey, learned Sr. Advocate appearing for the appellant, under instructions, states that appellant may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to seek review of the order impugned herein.

Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.

As and when such application for review is filed, the Registry shall process the same expeditiously. Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
