The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.184 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 498A and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Case diary in the present case, which had been received earlier, has already been perused and from the said it is evident that the informant has not been examined by the Doctor. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that entire case is motivated and has been lodged only to harass the entire
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12249 of 2015 (4) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 family members. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no specific role to play in the said occurrence. Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioners are merely family members and have no specific role, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.184 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
