JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kajra Police Station Case No. 19 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 30(a), 38(I), 38(II) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case 6.750 liters liquor was recovered from his bag which was kept under a Chowki. He also submits that the said recovery of liquor does not belong to the petitioner and he was not arrested at the place of occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 06.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
