Case No. 78 of 2018, dated 06.05.2018, instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired only on the confession of a coaccused, viz. Shivam Kumar Thakur. The petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018 and the three cases in which he has earlier been made accused, he is on bail.

No.40089 of 2018 (2) dt.10-07-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018.
