The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 427, 435, 385, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act. The allegation is regarding unknown accused persons having arrived at the brick kiln of the informant and thereafter they had engaged in beating the labourers present there and had also demanded extortion money and thereafter had put on fire the tractor standing at the brick kiln.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in custody since 15.06.2019. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47222 of 2019(3) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 further submitted that though the FIR is against unknown persons, the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade so as to confirm his complicity in the alleged crime.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 143 of 2019.
