The petitioner, who is stated to be panchayat teacher in the Gram Panchayat, Punama, Pratap Nagar under the jurisdiction of Naugachhia block in the district of Bhagalpur, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents for payment of arrears of salary and current salary with effect from 03.01.2019 to 31.10.2019 and from November 2020 onwards.

Having regard to the provisions of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and also in view of the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari vs. State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition shall stand disposed off with liberty to petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
