Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19587 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 whereas the learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer of bail. Besides hearing I have also perused the material available on record. As per the F.I.R. itself there was allegation against all the accused persons and after death of the deceased her dead body was disposed.

I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
