The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with G.B.Nagar P.S. Case No.1 of 2015 registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made in the FIR that though the petitioner obtained the license of liquor shop by playing fraud the State, as even though he had not deposited security money of Rs.6,87,000/- in the post office of Jeeradai branch in account no.151979, he had submitted his pass book showing entry of such deposit in the account, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438
