JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 97 of 2019 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in loot of pick-up van.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
