The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara (Town) P.S. Case No.198 of 2012, for the offence punishable u/s 302, 307, 120B/34 of the IPC.

Vide order dated 13.03.2024, a report was called for, regarding the stage of trial. In compliance thereof, a report sent by learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIII, Bhojpur at Ara dated 18.03.2024, is kept at flag 'R', whereby it is submitted that the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial is about nine months.

Considering the submissions made in the report, I am not
