By way of filing the present writ application under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of L.N.M.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.219 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2 / 2 University P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of the offence alleged.
