JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2025 Heard Mr. Jay Ram Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mrs. Asha Kumari, learned APP for the State and Mr. Dinesh Maharaj, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2.
2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1008/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/325 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. The present case relates to matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 who are husband and wife respectively.

4. Mr. Dinesh Maharaj, learned counsel has tendered his appearance on behalf of the opposite party no.2 and informs that the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 are living together.
5. Considering the aforesaid information, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna City in connection with Complaint Case No. 1008/2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
6. The bail application stands disposed of.
