The petitioner through the instant petition seeks following relief:- For setting side the part of the order dated 24.08.2018 passed in Confiscation Case No. 45 of 2017, by District Magistrate and Collector, Jamui whereby and whereunder the shop of the petitioner has been confiscated and sealed on the basis of police report bearing G.R. No.308/2017 dated 06.06.2017 send by Station Home Officer, Charkapathar in Charkapathar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2017 dated 06.05.2017 instituted under Section 272, 273 of IPC and 37, 41,45, 53 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15928 of 2019(2) dt.16-12-2019 2/2 Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 against the petitioner and for granting other relief(s) to the petitioner for which he is legally entitled."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case Confiscation Case No. 45 of 2017 already stands concluded.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law including in the nature of statutory appeal.
